As a serial entrepreneur I know there are times when you think your business has reached its peak, that you have hit a plateau. I’m here to tell you that you can break through and continue to grow and thrive.

Here are my three best ways to readjust my thinking and reach new entrepreneurial heights:

  • Are you diluting your business’s message? If you water it down and pepper your elevator speech with too many words, your potential clients may not have a clear understanding of who you are or what you do.
  • Are you making the most of your business and professional connections? Leverage your contacts or relationships. Once you do that, make certain you ask what you can do for them in return.
  • Do you have a work/life balance? If you don’t have boundaries you’ll suffer. I know that in my virtual accounting business and in my home office, I need a clear delineation between “this is work time and this is my personal time.”

If you feel you’ve reached a peak, what can you do to break through? If these suggestions help, I’d love to hear about it!
