Does your brain ever get stuck believing something that isn’t true? “I’m not good enough or smart enough.” “I’m too short or too tall or too fat or too thin.” “I’m not enough or I’m too much.” “Doing that will be too hard for me to do.”
On one level you may know it is not true, but if you keep saying it to yourself, you’ll believe it.
Try this:
Since we become what we think about, guard your mind against anything that is not true. Only you can do this. The wisest book says “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”
